Do you hate or love gin? This cocktail will make you love it. Our Bramble is a delicious fresh and fruity gincocktail. Which is even better than a Gin Hass. Cheers!
The cocktails dates back to the 80's. It was first seen mixed in Soho by a lad that goes by the name of Dick Bradsell. He is a legend within the Bartender world
Dick Bradsell means the same for the Bartender world, that Niels Bohr does for the Sience. Dick is also the man behind the famous Espresso Martini. What a guy.

How to make it
We recommend that you start by looking at the list above. Make sure you have it all, otherwise you will definitely get a different result.
First, pour the gin and sugar syrup into your shaker glass. You can also build the cocktail by pouring the two ingredients into your glass.
Then squeeze the juice from half a lemon. It should give about 3 cl of lemon juice. Pour this down to the gin and sugar syrup. If you shake the cocktail, fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Close it securely so it sits tightly. If you choose to build it, then you can jump down to point 7.
Now you can shake the cocktail. Shake like Tom Cruise, and feel like a real bartender.
Pour the cocktail into your glass. Now fill the glass with crushed ice and stir 1-2 times.
- Now add even more crushed ice. So you will form a small top. Garnish with fresh blackberries. If you do not have blackberries, use blueberries, raspberries or mint. Serve it for your guests, or drink it yourself.

Cocktail tips from us
You can easily twist a Bramble.
Here are a few suggestions: An easy twist is to replace the gin with vodka, tequila or rum. Another slightly more fun twist is to replace the blackberry liqueur with raspberries or other berries. It works super nice. Also try adding ginger beer, bubbles or tonic.
You can also make it alcohol-free by, for example, replacing the gin with a little Tonic. If you are in a car, pregnant or just a childish soul, you can still taste our Bramble.
