This is how you mix a Pimms Cup
- Make sure you have everything listed above. It is very difficult to make it without. Are you missing a single thing, then find an alternative.
Start by picking up a handfull of mint leaves. Spank it and put it in the glass.
Peel 1-2 long cucumber strips just as you peel carrots. Get them down the glass.
Then cut 2 orange slices. Press them gently then put them into the glass.
Cut 1-2 strawberries into slices then put them into the glass.
Now pour the 5 cl Pimms down to the fruit.
Fill the glass with ice
- Then top with Ginger Beer
Use you bar spoon to mix everything around, so that it is evenly distributed in the cocktail glass.
Now garnish the cocktail. Here we recommend strawberries, cucumber, orange and mint. Or just a couple of the things.
Now you just have to toast with your guests. If you have no guests to visit, drink it yourself. Cheers!

Cocktail tips from us
You can certainly twist a Pimms Cup.
Try replacing Pimms with vodka, gin, rum or even snaps.
The cocktail is admittedly more alcoholic and sharper, but that doesn't really matter.
You can also try replacing Ginger Beer with Ginger Ale or Faxe Kondi.
Alternatively, you can replace some of the fruits. For example, replace mint with basil.
