Nightjar is known as one of the best Cocktail Bars in the world. It's a speakeasy bar which you'll find 2 mins walk from Old Street tube station. You might want to use Google Maps since the big door at the picture on the right is not that easy to find.
Nightjar is a table service Cocktail Bar and they do recommend you to make a reservation first. That means you are not guaranteed that you can just swing by and walk in and no be standing at the bar.
Live music from 9.30-11.30pm every evening.
Cocktail Menu: It's divided it into four sections spanning the glorious history of the Cocktail. Pre-prohibition from 1600-1918, Prohibition from 1918-1932, Post-war from 1940-2000 and nightjar own signature cocktails. It's a genius way of introducing Cocktails. Oriole Cocktail Bar

Oriole is one of the newer Cocktail Bars in London. However, with the same owner as Nightjar, it's not new in the Cocktail business.
Oriole is exactly like Nightjar a table service Cocktail Bar. They do recommend you to make a reservation first.
Cocktail Menu: Their cocktail menu is divided into three: Old World, New World and The Orient. Old World is known as Africa and Europe. New World being North and South America. The Orient is Asia. The Cocktail Trading Company is one of the newer London Cocktail Bars. However, they really know what they are doing. Trophies from Diageo World Class and many other competitions such as Bols Around The World and Angostura Bar Challenge show their skill set.
The Cocktail Trading Company is the brainchild of three lifelong Bartenders, who wanted to create a business that not only operated great bars but also gave back to the bar industry. That you can feel when you enter the bar. It's created with passion and humour in every detail.
